About Peak Pace Coaching

We understand that progress and training are deeply personal; each person has a unique source of motivation. We are here to help you explore self-improvement at your pace and grow with you. We’ll start with the basics. Establishing a solid foundation, on which we can build steady, consistent, progress. Each step is made with your individual capacities in mind, gently and progressively improving your capabilities.

Monthly

$129 / month

We create a custom training plan for the month, after performing initial baseline testing. The plan is programmed one month at a time and includes a monthly phone call to touch base and monitor progress.

$149 / month

We create a custom training plan for 2 weeks, after performing initial baseline testing. The plan is programmed two weeks at a time, allowing for greater flexibility and room for tailoring the plan to your progress. Includes a monthly phone call to touch base and monitor progress.

Weekly

$219 / month

We create a custom training plan for the week, after performing initial baseline testing. The plan is programmed one week at a time, giving us lots of opportunity to most accurately track your absorption of the training stimulus. Includes 2 monthly phone calls to touch base and monitor progress.

Daily

$249 / month

We create a custom training plan for the week, after performing initial baseline testing. The plan is programmed one week at a time, with daily feedback for each workout. This is the most effective way to train well. Includes 2 monthly phone calls to touch base and monitor progress.
